Disclaimer: our gingerbread is fragile. it must be handled gently and not dropped or thrown around, or it will break. please handle with care. It can be frozen but it must put safely in the freezer where it will not be squished or anything put on top of it. defrost the house before assembling it. We recommend building the house at least a few hours but preferably the day before to allow for the icing to harden.
